SGM&FC is a social club of Mustang and Ford enthusiasts in the Chicago-land area.
Started in 1993 and headquartered in the northern suburbs of Chicago, we have cruises during the summer, an annual holiday party and several other exciting activities throughout the year. Our web site contains information on Club events and cruises so check back often to see what we are up to. We are a non-profit club registered with the state of Illinois and Ford Motor Company's Mustang Club Center. We also support our community through charitable donations to.

SGM&FC is an active club with members' interests ranging from classic restorations, cruising, racing or just plain enjoying their rides. Whatever your interest you'll find friendly members willing to answer your questions or assist you.

19th & 20th
Spring Overnight – Will find SGMFC traveling to Wisc. The trip will begin with meeting for breakfast at 8:00 at Billy's Pancake House at 440 W. Northwest Highway In Palatine, leaving at 10:00 am we will cruise to Auto Gallery Museum at 2807 Route 12 in Spring Grove where we can view the cars and displays before our next stop in Richmond for some shopping and lunch at Doyle's Pub & Eatery at 5604 Mill St.(Rt 12) in Richmond. After lunch we will head to Lake Geneva for more shopping and sightseeing. At about 4:00 we will head to the Super 8 Motel in Lake Delavan for check in.(262-728-1700) After settling into our rooms and quick nap we will cruise to Rigatony's at 5576 State Road 50 in Delevan for dinner and more socializing. The rest if the evening is yours to meet back at the hotel and talk or have a beer or wine with your fellow members. On Sunday at 8:00 we will gather and cruise to Elizabeth's Family Restaurant at 322 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan for breakfast. SGMFC Monthly Meeting – Will be held at the Onion Pub 22221 Pepper Road in Lake Barrington with our annual salute to the men of SGMFC. Milt Hirsch is organizing this annual event. Palatine July 4th Parade – Gary Granzin is again heading up this club event. We will line up at 8:30 for the 10:00 Parade. We will be providing 6 convertibles to have the VIP's ride in so if you would like to participate contact Gary or sign up at the next meeting.
